When our sweet corn hits the Roadside Market, it is hard to keep in stock!  You can buy it by the ear...or get a 60 ear bag and start shucking.  We grow a few different white and bicolor corn varieties including Celestial and Ambrosia.  There are a million different ways to prepare sweet corn, however, the McLeod family prefers it right off the cob.  High in fiber, its the perfect side to almost any dish.
