Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar cookies, crushed 

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 6 Tbsp butter, softened.

• 1- 8oz package cream cheese

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1 quart Mac's Pride Strawberries, sliced

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9x13 casserole dish with butter.

2. In a small bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups crushed sugar cookies and butter until blended. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

3. While crust is cooling, combine heavy cream and sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in cream cheese and strawberries. Spread on top of cooled crust. Top with remaining crushed sugar cookies. Store in freezer or refrigerator for a cool summer treat.
