Pecan Pie
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup light or dark corn syrup

1 cup sugar

2 Tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla
-
1 1/2 cups of Mac's Pride Shelled Pecans

1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Directions
1. In a large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
2. Stir in pecans and pour into pastry shell.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
4. Allow to cool before serving. Goes great with vanilla ice-cream or homemade whipped cream!
