Ingredients

• About 4 cups of Mac's Pride Broccoli

• 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

• 1 can cream of mushroom

• 1/2 cup mayo

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 2 tsp grated onion

• 1-2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers, crushed

• Butter

Directions

1. Boil broccoli to soften, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Drain partially and mix in cheese, cream of mushroom, mayo, eggs and onion. 

3. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with crushed Ritz Crackers.  Dot with butter.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
